Scouting the Rockets: They lost the first meeting in Miami by 29 points after last season’s games between the teams were decided by three or fewer points. … The Rockets are third in offensive rating but slipped to 18th in defensive rating in their three-game losing streak. … Clint Capela has had at least 19 rebounds in seven consecutive games.
