Power Center: Windsor Village Church’s Power Center is a food distributi­on site 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The site also needs about 100 volunteers to work 1-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays to sort and pack food and to deliver it to people in vehicles who come for pickup.

Dinner’s On Us: Second Servings of Houston is providing free, chefprepar­ed, family-size meals to the general public 10 a.m.-noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the LAM Parking Lot, 702 Avenida de las Americas. This is drivethru service only and people wanting meals should be in a vehicle. (Carpooling is encouraged.) This will continue through the end of May.
