REEP Equity purchased Savoy Manor, a 192-unit apartment complex at 5915 Flintrock Road in northwest Houston. JLL Capital Markets arranged a 10year, floating-rate acquisition loan. Mark Brandenburg, CW Sheehan and Cort Martin of JLL represented the seller. The loan will be serviced by JLL Real Estate Capital.
Merit Hill Capital purchased Good Spot Storage, a 30,013square-foot self-storage facility at 3735 Mangum Road in northwest Houston. Dave Knobler and Chico LeClaire of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.
Linde Engineering, a global industrial gases and engineering company, signed a long-term lease renewal for 120,454 square feet in the Sierra Pines I office building at 1585 Sawdust Road in The Woodlands. Los Angeles-based DWG Capital Partners acquired a 35,835square-foot industrial property at 1317 Business Highway 71 North in Columbus in a saleleaseback transaction. The facility is occupied by Theut Co., a division of Denver Glass Interiors. Theut is a commercial glazing company that handles projects for educational, municipal, religious and other facilities. Bryan Huber and Michael Soleimani of SAB Capital represented the tenant in the 17-year sale-leaseback. Judd Dunning represented DWG Capital Group.
