Dish Society, a Houston farm-to-table restaurant founded by Aaron Lyons, relocated to a larger space within LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch at 2643 Commercial Center Blvd. in Katy. The restaurant took over the 4,100-square-foot space formerly occupied by Blue Fish. The location has seating for 100 inside and another 80 on the patio facing the central green area.

“I love the way it came together — the size, the openness, the brightness, the airiness, plus the patio is literally on the green – parents can eat while watching their kids play,” Lyons said in an announcement.

The design was inspired by the Southside Commons location, which opened in December in the West University area. The new space has a 20-seat, full-service bar similar to the Heights location and two parking spaces dedicated for contactless curbside pickup.
