LISA KATHERINE OSBORN

1961-2021

The world lost a beloved daughter, wife, mother, mother in love, and grandmother, Lisa Katherine Osborn, on April 17, 2021. Lisa battled metastatic breast cancer, but it never stopped her from being resilient. Lisa was born in Houston, TX on November 24, 1961. Preceded in death by her mother, Shirlee Wedin, she is survived by her father Alan Wedin, James, her loving husband of forty years, her sons, Kevin and his wife Ruth, Justin and his wife Diana, as well as her grandchildren, Cade and Chloe Osborn.

Lisa devoted her life to early childhood development. She was loved dearly by her students. Her love for her family was immeasurable. She knew no foe and touched so many lives. An incredible decorator, gardener, and cook; she provided the most amazing home and upbringing to her family. Those who knew her best admired her selflessness, generosity, and grace. She will be deeply missed – our lives all made better by the honor of knowing her. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.

All are invited to say a final goodbye at Earthman Funeral Home on April 23rd at 4525 Bissonnet Street Bellaire, TX 77401 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm, with Vigil Service at 6:30 pm.

Funeral Mass, Saturday, April 24th, 2021 at 10:00 am. St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 10330 Hillcroft Street, Houston, Texas 77096.

Following mass, she will be laid to rest at Forest Park Lawndale, 6900 Lawndale Street, Houston, TX 77023.
