RCM named to Fortune’s ‘Best Workplaces’ list

-

Retirement Center Management (RCM), one of the nation’s leading senior housing operators, announced it has been named to Fortune’s “2021 Best Workplaces for Aging Services” in the United States for the second year in a row. The ranking considered feedback representing 220,000 employees in senior housing and care, and athome care in the Aging Services industry.

“RCM’s philosophy of excellence in everything we do has once again taken notice throughout the country. It is not only what we do for our residents and families, but the outstanding quality of team members that play an enormous factor of what shapes such an amazing culture,” said David Keaton, president. “Our team members have a true passion for serving others. You can step into any of our 30-plus communities and feel the difference.”

Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a “Great Place to Work For All.” Eighty-five percent of the evaluation is based on what employees say about their experiences of trust and reaching their full human potential as part of their organization, no matter who they are or what they do. Great Place to Work analyzes these experiences relative to each organization’s size, workforce makeup, and what’s typical relative to their peers in the industry.

RCM operates with a promise to each of its residents, family members, team members, and community at large — a commitment to providing excellence in service, an experience that exceed expectations, and a home or workplace where your well-being is their passion.

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, RCM has led the way in putting their team members and residents first. From adhering to strict measures endorsed by the CDC and other leading experts as well as their own longstanding practices, being one of the first to receive the vaccine, and mandating the vaccine for all employees, RCM continues its mission of serving others.

With plans already underway to expand into the Charlotte, North Carolina, and Nashville, Tennessee, markets, more will be able to experience the quality RCM offers.
