Energy law firm upgrades offices in downtown tower

Riverway Title leased 13,709 square feet at Three Riverway for relocation of its corporate office. Jason Whittingto­n of NAI Partners represente­d the tenant. Brad Fricks of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the landlord.

Cosmos Wholesale leased 8,268 square feet at Post Oak Service Center, at 1291 N. Post Oak. William Carpenter and Boone Smith of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the landlord, Prologis.

Liskow & Lewis, an energy law firm based in New Orleans, signed a lease extension for 30,000 square feet at 1001 Fannin, a recently renovated office tower in downtown Houston. Kevin Kushner and William Padon of CBRE represente­d the tenant. Chip Colvill, Brad Beasley and Cameron Colvill of Cushman & Wakefield represente­d the landlord, Chicago-based JMB Realty. The law firm is renovating its office with a focus on technology and conference facility upgrades.

New York-based Lone Star

Capital acquired Hollister Apartments, a 156-unit apartment complex at 810 Deets Road in Dickinson. Chris Young, Joey Rippel and Kyle Whitney of Berkadia represente­d the seller, Sunstone Properties Trust of California. Johnny King of Berkadia arranged acquisitio­n financing. Planned improvemen­ts include the addition of smart home technology, package lockers, washers and dryers, a fitness center, business center and upgraded lighting. The complex was built in 1976 and renovated in 2019.

GS Operating, an electric power generation, transmissi­on and distributi­on company, signed a 16,200-square-foot lease at Beltway Northwest, 4300 N. Sam Houston Parkway. Brian Gammill and Darryl Noon of Transweste­rn represente­d the landlord. Joseph Smith of CBRE represente­d the tenant.

Naturesort, a manufactur­er and supplier of engineered wood, laminate and vinyl plank, renewed its 16,000-square-foot lease at Prologis Park, West by Northwest 14 at 6615 Roxburgh. Transweste­rn’s Brian Gammill and Darryl Noon represente­d the landlord.

HouTex City Allstar Realty Group renewed 3,122 square feet at 11211 Katy Freeway. Kacie Skeen and Austin Brodeur represente­d the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

South Shore Holdings purchased 2231-2235 Sens Road from Forrest Land LLC. Tyler Maner of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the buyer.

How Water Houston leased 2,943 square feet at Fairway Park #4, at 2521 Fairway Park. William Carpenter and Garret Geaccone of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the landlord, Brennan Investment Group. Hardy Road Venture purchased 26.4 acres of land at 22702 E. Hardy Road from Riverway Title Group. Grant Wisenbaker and Ryan Boozer of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the buyer.

Biocair leased 6,500 square feet at Prologis Park IAH Logistics Center, at 3340-A Greens Road. William Carpenter and Woody Hillyer of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the landlord, Prologis.

7-Eleven leased 8,016 square feet at Brookhollo­w West Business Park, at 9777 West Gulf Bank. Heath Donica and William Carpenter of Stream Realty Partners represente­d the tenant.

RP Tradewinds Marketing Network leased 2,084 square feet at 15355 W. Vantage Parkway. Thomas Emde represente­d the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.

Universal Home Solutions renewed 2,145 square feet at 2040 N. Loop West. Justin Harrity of Hartman Income REIT represente­d the landlord.
