Middleton, Bucks down Mavericks

DALLAS — Khris Middleton scored 26 points and the Milwaukee Bucks beat the Dallas Mavericks 102-95 on Thursday night with the superstar for each team sidelined because of COVID-19.

The Bucks were without two-time MVP Giannis Antetokoun­mpo for the fifth consecutiv­e game because of health and safety protocols.

Luka Doncic is one of seven Dallas players out for COVID-19 reasons.

SPURS 138, LAKERS 110

Keita Bates-Diop scored 30 points, Derrick White added 23 with seven assists and Lonnie Walker scored 21 as visiting San Antonio sent Los Angeles to its fourth straight defeat.

LeBron James had 36 points and nine rebounds for the Lakers, and Russell Westbrook had 30 points.

SUNS 113, THUNDER 101

Devin Booker scored 30 points, Cam Johnson added 21 and host Phoenix won its fifth straight game.

Shai Gilgeous Alexander had 29 points for the Thunder.

Washington withstood a 44-point effort from Kemba Walker and a fourthquar­ter rally from the Knicks for a win at New York.

Donovan Mitchell scored 28 points and Utah won at Salt Lake City.
