Sugar Rush: The Baking Point Netflix ■ New Series

This Mexican adaptation of the hit show Sugar Rush features six teams of bakers competing against each other with delicious recipes and one key ingredient: time. One team of two will be eliminated at the end of each episode until the grand finale, when one will be crowned the winner and get the grand prize.

Quarterbac­k Netflix ■ New Series

Representi­ng Netflix’s first partnershi­p with the NFL, this sports series takes a unique look at each season in the league as told through the lens of NFL quarterbac­ks. For the first time, the NFL allowed QBs to be mic’d up for every single game of a season. Quarterbac­k features exclusive access to Patrick Mahomes, Kirk Cousins and Marcus Mariota from the beginning of the 2022 season until its conclusion, following them on and off the field, from inside the huddle with teammates to inside their homes with their families.

The 2023 ESPYS ABC, 7 p.m. Live

The awards ceremony honoring the best players, teams, moments and more from the world of sports airs live tonight.

Nancy Drew The CW, 7 p.m.

In “The Reaping of Hollow Oak,” Nancy (Kennedy McMann) and Ace (Alex Saxon) each show up at Nick’s (Tunji Kasim) loft, interrupti­ng his brunch date with Jade (Arianna Ngnomire).

MasterChef: United Tastes of America FOX, 7 p.m.

The remaining home chefs are back in the kitchen, and their first Mystery Box Challenge has apples. With both sweet and savory flavors on the table, the chef with immunity is tasked with assigning each region which kind of dish to cook in the new episode “Apple Mystery Box.”

LA Fire & Rescue NBC, 7 p.m.

In “Three Alarm,” Inglewood Station 172 tackles a career-defining fire in an industrial warehouse. Meanwhile, Calabasas Station 125 responds to a multicar collision before ending their day on a residentia­l call to remove a slithering creature from a fearful family’s home.

Gordon Ramsay’s Food Stars FOX, 8 p.m.

Instead of testing cooking abilities, chef Gordon Ramsay challenges the contestant­s to create an entertaini­ng, educationa­l and easy-to-follow TikTok recipe video in the new episode “Social Feed.”

Human Footprint PBS, 8 p.m.

In the new episode “Top Predator,” biologist Shane Campbell-Staton shows how human biology, culture, technology and economy have put us at the top of Earth’s food chain.

Grown-ish Freeform, 9 p.m.

In “Ain’t Nothing Like the Real Thing,” Zaara (Tara Raani) grows frustrated when Andre (Marcus Scribner) starts treating her like a therapist instead of a friend.
