Shark Week 2023 Continues

Three new specials premiere tonight. In Jaws: Final Frontier, shark filmmakers hunt for the second-ever great white known to display breaching behavior in the waters off New Zealand. Next, Florida Shark: Blood in the Water follows Paul de Gelder as he dives into the “Shark Attack Capital of the World” to conduct experiment­s that will confirm what makes up these dangerous waters and determine methods to mitigate the risk. Finally, in Cocaine Sharks, expert Tom Hird travels to the Florida Keys to investigat­e rumors of cocaine-fueled sharks and what happens when these creatures come into contact with the notorious drug.

In “Three Alarm,” Inglewood Station 172 tackles a career-defining fire in an industrial warehouse. Meanwhile, Calabasas Station 125 responds to a multicar collision before ending their day on a residentia­l call to remove a slithering creature from a fearful family’s home.
