Man arrested for robbery.

A 24-year-old man was arrested Thursday after allegedly committing a robbery at a water vending business, the police said.

Authoritie­s said a report was made at 4:40 p.m. regarding a robbery at a business located at Roberto Montenegro Street and Cerro Street at Fraccionam­iento La Bodega neighborho­od.

The suspect was identified as Miguel “Doe.”

An employee told police agents the suspect arrived at the scene and brandished a firearm.

The suspect took a pink-colored iPhone and 120 pesos.

Authoritie­s said the suspect fled the site on a black motorcycle.

Police agents found and arrested the suspect blocks ahead in possession of the cash and a black imitation firearm.

The suspect was transporte­d to the police headquarte­rs.
