Fourth suspect arrested in Salton Sea Beach murder.

The fourth suspect in the murder of a Salton Sea Beach resident was arrested Saturday night in Indio.

Armando Taylor, 35, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals at 9:30 p.m. Saturday at an apartment on Sonora Avenue and booked into Riverside County jail on suspicion of conspiracy to commit a crime and murder with malice, stated Riverside County arrest logs.

Taylor was held on a $1 million bail for the alleged felony offense.

On July 4, Imperial County Sheriff’s Office released a wanted notice in search of Taylor for homicide.

Taylor was suspected along with three other men for the murder of 38-year-old Adam Walker, who was found dead on July 3 in the 200 block of El Centro Avenue in Salton Sea Beach with numerous injuries to his upper torso.

The victim was determined to be deceased by medical personnel at the scene, stated an Imperial County Sheriff’s Office press release.

A reporting party at the scene advised the county Sheriff’s Office someone cut her son’s throat, stated county Sheriff’s Office activity logs.

With the assistance of Border Patrol agents, county Sheriff’s deputies searched Salton Sea Beach and located three of four suspects on July 3, stated the press release.

Taylor John, 36, Edgar Gerardo, 46, and Michael Guerra, 33, were arrested and booked into county jail for alleged murder and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Each was held on a $1 million bail, stated the press release.
