Fourth St. INFO The El Centro Area Chamber/Los Vigilantes 72nd annual Christmas Parade “Toys, Trains and Candy Canes” is accepting applications for anyone interested in participating in the El Centro Christmas Parade. Admission fee-early bird is $20 (Sept. 25 to Sept. 30). Regular fee is $35 (Oct. 1 to Nov. 22), $100 for elected officials or those running for public office. No fee for public school marching bands or drill teams. (All fees are non-refundable). Any application received after the deadline is subject to a $200 late entry fee. Absolutely no applications will be accepted after noon on Nov. 27. Drop by the El Centro Chamber of Commerce, 1095 S. Fourth St. to get an application.
