Woof-O-Ween 2017 is finally here!
EL CENTRO — It’s time for another spooktacular night of FUN FUN FUN for the entire family! On Friday, October 13th starting from 7:00 p.m. to midnight, we are expecting the biggest and most extravagant Woof-O-Ween we have ever had! As always, the event will be located at Fitness Oasis Health Club & Spa at 504 W. Aten Rd. in Imperial.
Here is a list of some of the super FUN activities we’ll have at the event:
Costume contest ($20 entry fee. Costumes will be judged on Scariest, Best Owner and Pet Duo, Funniest and Most Creative. Winners from each category will be awarded a trophy).
Zombie Walk Contest ($20 entry fee. Best/Most Realistic Zombie Walk will win a trophy).
Cakewalk (baked goods needed). Horse rides and bouncy house for the kids.
Corn Hole Tournament Drawing (raffle) prizes (items and/or services needed).
Games, food and drinks (adult beverages as well).
All activities must be paid for with tickets. All costume contest contestants must register to enter contests. Tickets and contest registration will be available at event entrance.
As all of our fundraisers are, this occasion is a pet-friendly event.
For the safety of your pet, other pets and our patrons, we kindly ask that if you do bring a pet, please keep these three rules in mind:
All pets are expected to be animal and people/child friendly.
All pets must have properly fitted collars or harnesses on with proper identification and current contact information.
All pets are required to be on a leash at all times.
To ensure the successfulness of the event, we are looking for sponsorships to cover costs that are associated with setting up and making sure everyone has a great time. Not only are sponsorships needed, but we are also in need of drawing (raffle) items and/or services. Even putting together some really fun gift baskets with awesome goodies inside are an excellent idea, and they raise a lot of funds for the animals! Lastly, since the Cake Walk happens to be a huge hit each year, we are also in need of some yummy baked goods. Both homemade and boughten are welcomed. All proceeds from this year’s Woof-O-Ween will go towards helping the orphaned pets in our care.
