INFO The El Centro Area Chamber/Los Vigilantes 72nd annual Christmas Parade “Toys, Trains and Candy Canes” is accepting applications for anyone interested in participating. Fee is $35 and $100 for elected officials or those running for public office. No fee for public school marching bands or drill teams. All fees are non-refundable. Any application received after the deadline is subject to a $200 late-entry fee. Absolutely no applications will be accepted after noon Nov. 27.
