Man arrested for alleged battery

A 34-year-old Brawley man was arrested Tuesday night for alleged battery, county Sheriff’s Office arrest records reported.

Daniel A. Diaz was taken into custody at 10 p.m. Tuesday in an undisclosed location in Brawley by Brawley police officers and booked into county jail for allegedly inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant. Diaz was held on a $100,000 bail.
