The California Air Resources Board provides guidance to these programs on maximizing benefits to disadvantaged communities. CARB invites the public to comment on the Funding Guidelines through May 15. CARB is also pleased to announce the availability of draft methods to evaluate the co-benefits of California Climate Investments projects. These include cost savings, asthma/respiratory disease incidence, community engagement, and climate adaptation, among others.
