The Registrar of Voters Office hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and located at 940 W. main St., Suite 206 in El Centro. INFO Sign-up at the Calexico Chamber of Commerce. Bring salsa prepared and displayed in a Mexican salsa theme. Give it a name ( for example, “My Nana’s Salsa”). Describe the ingredients on a card for judges to read. Be creative. Cash prize and festival tickets will be awarded to winners. Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m. Display has to be up until end of event or when salsa is finished.
