Workshop on healthy food access to be held

The Imperial County Community Obesity Prevention Alliance will be hosting an equity and health workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. today at Club Lohoo, 111 Yourman Road.

A facilitated discussion will be provided by health equity consultant Mildred Thompson for agencies and community members interested in learning more about health equity and healthy food access.

There is no cost to attend. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
