GLORIA HALE

Apr. 13, 1941 - July 11, 2018

Gloria Hale, 77, of Imperial passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 of Cancer/COPD.

Gloria dedicated her life to helping those with developmental challenges for 25 years with the Arc. It is there where a “wing” was named after Gloria recognizing her devotion and love for those she loved so dearly. Gloria gave her life to Jesus and walked with the Lord everyday ministering to those with heavy hearts. Gloria gave of herself in everything she did because that’s what God wanted her to do.

She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Earl Hale and grandson, Ryan Michael Hale.

Gloria is survived by her husband, Billie Lee Hale; son, Mark Anthony Hale; daughter, Elaine Marie Cassel; son, David, Michael Hale; sisters, Madeline Muller and Marylin Portschy; brother-in-law, Donald Hale; sister-in-law, Felica Hale; nieces, Sylvia Muller Nelson, Linda Muller, Janet Muller, Valerie Muller, Charlene Portschy, Ann Marie Kendall, Darlene Hale, Melissa Hale Alvarado, Teri Silva; nephews, Richard Kendall, Jon Silva, Clem Muller Jr., Rodney Portschy and Franklin Portschy; grandchildren, Christopher Robert Cassel, Regina Leanne Hale and Kameron Leigh Hale; great-grandchildren, Athea Rose Hale-Peterson.

Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Christ Community Church in El Centro and will be officiated by Pastor Walter Colace.
