FRANK B. GARCIA Sept. 12, 1934 - July 19, 2018

Frank B. Garcia, 83, of Riverside, CA, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018.

He was born September 12, 1934 in Brawley, CA.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Dolores Garcia.

He worked as an Air Traffic Controller Specialist for the Federal Aviation Administra­tion for 30 years, and in his spare time enjoyed wood working and maintainin­g his beloved 1951 Ford, Lu.

Frank is survived by his son, Daniel Garcia (Angelica) of Brawley, CA; daughters, Patricia Amsbry (Robbie) of San Bernardino, CA, Monica Johnson (Daniel) of Las Vegas, NV, Stephanie Garcia (Jonathan Wells) of San Diego, CA; brother, Gonzalo Garcia of San Juan Capistrano; grandchild­ren, Annelise Alvarado (Enoch), Amber Hosmer (Jake), Anthony Garcia, Vanessa Garcia, Haylee Johnson, Daniela Johnson, Gabriela Garcia, Alexandria Amsbry, Valentina Wells, Maya Wells; great-grandchild­ren, Lola Alvarado, Ezequiel Alvarado, Nathan Garcia, Andrew Garcia.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018, at 6 p.m. at Frye Chapel and Mortuary in Brawley, with Rosary being said at 7 p.m. Service will be held on Monday, August 6, 2018, at 8 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Church in Brawley. Burial will immediatel­y follow at Riverview Cemetery in Brawley.

HERMINIA RUBIO GALO Oct. 28, 1922 - July 24, 2018

Herminia Rubio Galo of Niland, CA entered into rest on July 24, 2018.

She was born to Victor and Cecilia Rubio on October 28, 1922 in San Simon, Jalisco, Mexico. In 1952, she married Pedro Galo and immigrated to the United States. They settled in Niland, California that same year. Herminia had a long history working as a tomato packer in the Imperial Valley, along the coast and Central California. She was able to retire in 1985.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Victor and Cecilia Rubio; her husband of 39 years, Pedro Galo in 1991; her siblings, Rafael, Julian, Juan, Gregorio, Jesus, Francisca, Maria, Martina, Jacinta, Victoria and Emilia; several nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her loving niece and nephews, Gloria Lopez of Brawley, CA, Trinidad Rubio and David Rubio of Ciudad Juarez, Mexico; she is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. She will be forever in our hearts and memories.

Services will be private.

JANE WALLACE Mar. 3, 1929 - July 21, 2018

Jane Wallace went to be with our Lord and Savior on July 21, 2018. She was 89 years old.

Clora Jane Wallace was born on March 3, 1929, in Texas where she married her loving husband Doug, of over 35 years. Leaving Texas they moved to Imperial Valley with their children where he worked as a cowboy and Jane took positions at Sambo’s, Brunner’s and Denny’s for over 20 years. Jane also worked as an in-home caregiver, assisting many different families throughout the valley.

Jane Wallace is survived by her son, Gerald Wallace; her two daughters, Norma Ryerson and Alma Colmenares; as well as 8 grandchild­ren, 21 great-grandchild­ren and 4 great-great-grandchild­ren.

She was proceeded in death by her husband, Doug Wallace; son, Darrell Wallace; daughters, Phyllis Wallace and Judy Vandergrif­f; grandsons, Christophe­r Trujillo, Jason Huff and Philip Vandergrif­f.

A viewing will be held on Friday, August 3, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. at Valley Christian Church in El Centro, CA. A memorial service will follow at 10:30 a.m.

LOIS LOPEZ Apr. 20, 1927 - July 25, 2018

Lois Lopez, 91, of Oceanside, CA passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at Tri-City Hospital in Oceanside, CA. Lois was a former resident of Imperial, CA.

Lois was born in Missouri on April 20, 1927. In 1951, she married Ricardo Lopez in St. Joseph, Missouri. Lois retired from Imperial County Social Services after 30 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband and daughter Barbara. Lois is survived by 9 of her 10 children.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 1, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Eternal Hills Memorial Park in Oceanside, CA. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at 8 a.m. at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro, CA.

William Heinrich, 66 of Brawley passed away on Tuesday, June 5, 2018.

He is survived by his son, Chris Heinrich of Mcminnvill­e, OR.

Mable Green, 97, of El Centro passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2018.

She was born on November 21, 1920 in Texas and later married Henry Green Sr.

She is survived by her sons, Henry Green of San Bernardino, CA, Earnest Green of Stockton, CA, Chester Green of El Centro, CA, Johnny Green of Victorvill­e, CA and Richard Green of Oakland, CA; daughters, Cleo Green of El Centro, Lena Green-Smith of Yuma, AZ, Leola Green-Terrell of Rialto, CA and Diane Green- Salley of San Bernardino; brother, HC McIntire of Texas; sisters, Nadine Granger of Texas and Leola Green of Oregon.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at 6 to 9 p.m. at Hems Brothers Mortuary 1975 S. 4th St. in El Centro. Service will be held on Monday, August 6, 2018 at 9 a.m. at One Way Sanctified Holiness Church 610 Broadway St. El Centro. Burial will immediatel­y follow at Evergreen Cemetery in El Centro.
