Artists may submit up to four artworks. Artworks must measure less than 48 inches in any direction. “Breaking Ground, A Community Show,” will open with a public reception from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Oct. 4. The show will be on display through Oct. 24. Admission is free. The art gallery has newly expanded hours for fall: 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Mondays; 1 p.m. to 5:15 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays; and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., Wednesdays.
