Man found dead in All-American Canal

A dead man was found Thursday afternoon in the All-American Canal, Imperial County Sheriff’s Office activity logs stated.

A jogger found the body floating in the canal in the area of Highway 98 and Bowker Road about 12:30 p.m. and notified 911.

No suspicious circumstances were noted in the activity logs. The deputy coroner assigned the case had not responded to a request for comment as of press time.
