CATCHING A CATFISH

The net is closing in on Jackie Overton. A source tells In Touch that a computer supposedly used by Jackie to create the false identity “Sam Krane” has been found — and the source hopes to turn it over to the FBI. Sources believe “Sam Krane” is a precursor to Meri’s online lover “Sam Cooper” (inset), who still claims to be a real businessman (and busy new father to adopted infant twin boys). Meanwhile, a crew led by filmmaker Shannon Keith, who’s making the catfish documentary Hook Line ’ N Sinker, descended on Jackie’s hometown of Shidler, Okla. (where they spotted an “S. Cooper” road sign near her home) on March 25 to try to lure Jackie into a confrontation. “There is no ‘Sam Cooper,’” Shannon tells In Touch. “It’s all coming to a head.”
