It’s Miley vs. Supergirl!

So Miley Cyrus says that it’s “weird” for Supergirl’s title to have “a gender attached to it,” adding that the character is a woman, not a girl, and asking, “What if you’re a little boy who wants to be a girl so bad that [the title] makes you feel bad?” But we are not just colorless, genderless humans. You can support our transgender community without picking apart words like “girl” and “woman.” At my age, I’m best described as a woman, but I identify as a girl and I’m offended when someone calls me ma’am!
