STARBUCKS CAUSES UPROAR: JUSTIFIED OR JUST A CUP?
Starbucks’ green cups are making customers see red! The coffee giant introduced new cups on Nov. 1, saying the illustration of over 100 faces drawn with one continuous stroke was a pre-election “symbol of unity.” Some cried foul over Starbucks getting political. Others prematurely assumed it was the 2016 holiday cup. “Hate them,” tweeted one confused customer. “Bring back the red cups w/ the snowflakes.” But many echoed this commenter’s sentiment: “Are people that bored that they have time to be outraged over the color on a coffee cup?”
