Paula to Robin: STAY AWAY FROM ME — AND OUR KID!
Paula Patton and Robin Thicke’s custody battle just got a lot uglier. On Jan. 26, an LA judge granted Paula’s request for a temporary restraining order against her ex-husband. He also must stay 100 yards away from their son, Julian, 6. “Paula had to do this in order to protect Julian,” a source tells In Touch, explaining that the actress, 41, is “very concerned about Robin’s drug use and how it’s impacting their son.” In court documents obtained by In Touch (above), she accuses the singer, 39, of domestic abuse, infidelity (she found him in bed with two women after the 2013 VMAS), having a drug-and-alcohol problem and inviting his drug dealer to Julian’s birthday party. “Robin’s absolutely furious with Paula,” says the source. “He feels she’s using their child to drag his name through the mud.”
