Watching The Hills Makes Me Cringe!

Thebiginterview She’s come a long way! The mom of three has to change the channel when her old MTV reality show hits the airwaves

We all have moments from our youth that we’d rather forget, but for Kristin Cavallari, they happen to be caught on film. From 2004 to 2010, she was at the center of the drama on MTV’S hit show Laguna Beach and its spin-off, The Hills — and you won’t catch her watching the repeats. “Hell, no!” says Kristin, now 30. “They make me cringe!” Besides, her hands are full raising her three kids: Camden, 4, Jaxon, 2, and Saylor, 17 months, with her hubby of nearly four years, pro football quarterback Jay Cutler, 33. The jewelry designer ( her new line Uncommon James launches on April 25) opens up to In Touch’s Amanda Williams about motherhood, the meanest celebrity she’s ever met…and whether she’d ever head for The Hills again.

Why is it hard to watch yourself during your reality TV days? KC: There are a few things I wish I would’ve done differently, and some scenes I am not necessarily proud of. I was a little obnoxious. But I was a baby! No one should have a camera in their face from ages 17 to 22.

Would you consider doing a reunion? KC: I would love to! Whitney Port, Heidi Montag… KC: I know, it’s crazy! It’s cool for me to see everyone moving into the next phase of their lives.

Are you still in touch with anyone? KC: I talk to Heidi and I talk to Audrina [Patridge] all of the time. Kristin (having an argument with Hills some frenemies during Season 5) admits she wasn’t always an angel on TV. “But I don’t regret anything because as cliché as it sounds, it got me to where I am today.”

“The longer we’re together, the stronger we become,” the jewelry designer (check out her line at uncommonjames .com) says of her NFL player husband, Jay Cutler.

The model says she simply “grew into” her looks, but Troy, Mich.–based plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn says it appears a cosmetic procedure helped her along. “Her nose has likely been refined,” he says. “It’s thinner, which makes her face look more sleek.” Just before her catwalk career began to take off, Gigi’s sis started to look different. “It appears she’s had a nose job but not a good one,” says Dr. Brandow. “The bridge is too narrow and the tip is too boxy.”
