GOOP held its first “wellness summit” on June 10 — and now even Gwyneth Paltrow’s most strident fans are sick of her! Attendees spent up to $1,500 to attend In Goop Health, which promised “panels and keynotes” led by “health-defining doctors” and “complimentary swag.” Instead, they got boring talks from quacks “experts,” hours-long lines for free manicures and disappointing freebies. “It was a total disaster,” a source tells In Touch, adding that some people are asking for refunds. “The goodie bags were glorified samples of products that no one had ever heard of and were too expensive to buy in the future.” And it’s a good thing Gwyneth provided IV drips, because lunch “was revolting. It consisted of quinoa, kale and who knows what else,” says the source. (In all fairness, that sounds exactly like something the actress, 44, would eat!) “Some women were openly considering ordering pizza!” That’s what you get for taking GOOP seriously, folks.
