Cristiano Ronaldo’s new ad for Nike has a hilarious secret

Nike’s new ad is meant to be inspiring, but a small detail about the photo they used makes it just plain hilarious. In it, a young Cristiano Ronaldo stares dead into the camera, determination in his eyes. Beneath the photo, the words “This boy knew” are printed, along with the signature Nike swoosh. Effective — until a fan pointed out that the soccer star is actually wearing an Adidas sweatshirt in the original pic! (Nike cropped it out.) If only this boy had known that he’d one day strike a $1 billion partnership with the rival brand.
