BEN AFFLECK, who has done two stints in rehab for alcohol, was seen having a mixed drink (seen in photo at left) at the HBO party. His new girlfriend, producer LINDSAY SHOOKUS, sipped on champagne after winning an Emmy for Saturday Night Live. Ben, who is going through a divorce from Jennifer Garner, was caught drinking post-rehab earlier this year, too. “He ordered water at the bar but a server brought him over the alcoholic drink once he sat down at the table,” an eyewitness tells In Touch exclusively. “He drank all of it.” A source close to Ben says, ”Ben continues to focus on a balanced lifestyle.” …Before the show, a spy says Property Brothers star JONATHAN SCOTT was soaking up attention from fans in the lobby of the Microsoft Theater while his girlfriend, JACINTA KUZNETSOV, patiently stood by. … NICOLE KIDMAN made some waves during the ceremony when she locked lips with her sexy Big Little Lies co-star ALEXANDER SKARSGÅRD (see photo at far left). Husband KEITH URBAN wasn’t fazed by her steamy kiss — he and Nicole were “totally loved up” at the HBO party, according to an eyewitness. But on a strange note, during her outstanding actress in a limited series acceptance speech, Nicole went on about her two daughters with Keith but didn’t mention her two adopted kids with ex TOM CRUISE. … ARIEL WINTER almost flashed the crowd on the red carpet. “She had to hold two pieces of fabric on her dress together,” says an onlooker.
…Where’s Justin? A solo JESSICA BIEL “looked bored” at the HBO bash. “At one point, they played JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE’S song ‘Rock Your Body’ and she had no reaction,” says a partygoer.
…With an entourage of four friends, JEREMY PIVEN arrived at one afterparty “stinking of cigars,” says an eyewitness. Once inside the venue, “he spent the evening eyeing up women.”
