It’s the messiest lawsuit ever as Rob Kardashian & Kylie Jenner face off with Blac Chyna
Even for a family that thrives on drama, the allegations are shocking. On Sept. 27, Rob Kardashian and sister Kylie Jenner filed a lawsuit against his ex, Blac Chyna, alleging battery, assault and vandalism. According to court papers, “Chyna’s menacing behavior culminated in a violent attack on Rob” in December after she “consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol.” The papers claim Chyna played with Rob’s gun, tried to strangle him with an iphone charging cable, then chased and “repeatedly struck him in the head and face” before “using a metal rod to injure” him further. Kylie, 20, also claims Chyna caused $100,000 worth of damage to the home she and Rob were renting from Kylie at the time.
And that’s just for starters. They’re
suing Chyna for an undisclosed amount plus punitive damages. Rob and Kylie claim Chyna deliberately tried to “shake down” and “extort the Kardashian family for her own monetary gain.” But the lawsuit could blow up in the Kardashians’ faces, revealing their darkest secrets. Their allegations have Chyna itching to fight back — and fight dirty. “She’s is planning to reveal everything she knows about the Kardashians,” a source tells In Touch. “Kris Jenner and [Chyna’s former bestie] Kim Kardashian are terrified.”
No one is safe from Chyna’s wrath. In the lawsuit Rob, 30, accuses Chyna, 29, of abusing drugs and alcohol, but when they were together “he confided details about his own partying to Chyna,” says the source. (Insiders have previously told In Touch that Rob has abused “opiates and pain pills” as well as “purple drank — a mixture of cough syrup and codeine over the rocks with Sprite,” among other substances.) “Rob told her about what was happening when he was living with his sister Khloé and [ her now-ex-husband] Lamar Odom,” adds the source, who also says that Chyna is ready to produce all ofkhloé secrets.
Kylie needs to watch her back, too. She claims in the suit that Chyna “terrorized” her because Kylie was, at the time, dating Chyna’s ex-fiancé, Tyga. (Chyna’s attorney Lisa Bloom denies all of the allegations in the lawsuit.) “Kylie would be the target of a lot of the shocking revelations,” says the source. “Chyna admits to not being a saint, but Kylie has been partying since she was a young teenager. What Chyna knows would shock Kylie’s fans.”
The whole family is caught in the crosshairs of Chyna’s feud with Rob and Kylie. Chyna was friends with Kim, 36, long before Chyna ever hooked up and had a baby girl (Dream, now 11 months) with Rob. “Chyna will reveal what Kim was saying behind the scenes about her [failed second] marriage to Kris Humphries, and about Kim and husband Kanye West’s relationship,” says the source. “And Kourtney will be described as absolutely hating momager Kris, speaking about Kris behind her back in the most demeaning ways. Specifics about what Kris did to profit off of her kids will be exposed.”
As the legal battle continues, things are only going to get messier. “The Kardashians are anticipating being sued by Chyna because she is claiming to have lost out on lucrative endorsement deals because of the family, which they think is insane,” says an insider. “She has told the Kardashian camp she wants at least seven figures to make all of this go away, which they could easily pay just to be rid of her.”
But they don’t want her to get one more cent. “They are going to fight back,” says the insider, “and they think court is the best place to do it — despite what could come out.” ◼
