New Bachelorette Becca Kufrin is off to a rocky beginning as an ex upstages her and a former Bachelor humiliates her!

Hasn’t she been through enough?! In the days leading up to the May 28 premiere of The Bachelorette, Becca Kufrin — who was humiliated after being dumped on TV by former fiancé Arie Luyendyk Jr. — was still taking one hit after another. First, on May 21, ex-bachelor Nick Viall, 37, released an unflattering spoof video in which he poses as Becca, 28, and screeches her catchphrase, “Let’s do the damn thing!” (He plans to do a video every week for the duration of the show.) It gets worse. On May 23, Arie, 36, and Lauren Burnham (the woman he dumped Becca for) went on The View to announce their wedding date and location. (Jan. 12 in Maui, for anyone who cares.) It was the pair’s first TV appearance in months, and even host Meghan Mccain suspected that they were trying to steal the spotlight. “Press is just starting to ramp up [for Becca’s season],” she said. “So why announce now?” Arie’s response: “It just happens to be the timing of things.” Riiight. Finally, the outcome of Becca’s season might have been spoiled before it even began: On May 24, photos reportedly taken during the finale surfaced showing Becca — who’s admitted that she’s engaged! — in a lip-lock with one of her suitors (name omitted to protect all you spoiler-haters). They say every rose has its thorn, but it seems like poor Becca’s are covered in them!
