After witnesses called police about her erratic driving, Heather was arrested on suspicion of DUI, but a blood test showed no alcohol or illegal drugs in her system. She pleaded no contest to reckless driving and the charges were later dropped.

FEBRUARY 2018

Heather was arrested after trying to bite boyfriend Chris Heisser’s nose. “Chris hurt his leg jumping around trying to get away. Crazy stuff, isn’t it?” his dad, Peter, later told In Touch. Heather was charged with battery on Chris and the officers she hit. (The charge for battery on Chris was dropped.)

JUNE 2018

Authorities said Heather was “extremely intoxicated and very uncooperative” when they arrived at her California home on June 24. Because she was so drunk, she required a medical check — and kicked one of the medics in the chest.
