The simple how-to: Apply styling cream to towel-dried hair, working all over from roots to ends. Once locks are shaped as desired, apply a dime-size amount of mousse to hold the look in place. “Instead of a brush, use your fingers to rake hair back — this will create an effortless finish,” says Francis.
