Avocado pudding is Kourt’s go-to breakfast. It mixes one whole avocado, cane sugar, half a cup of milk and one tablespoon of raw manuka honey (while on the Keto diet, she likely substituted the sugar and honey).

“I usually drink hot green tea after lunch,” says Kourtney, who also munches on raw almonds and fresh fruit.
