Hayden Panettiere’s Loved ones fear toxic romance could ruin her life

They can’t stay away from each other. In September, a May 23 protective order preventing Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson from coming near her — stemming from an alleged physical fight between them — was dismissed, along with domestic abuse charges. And by early November, the pair were strolling through an airport together. “People close to them think they never really broke up,” says an insider. “They’re so in love, they don’t care what anyone thinks.”

Those close to Hayden are terrified of what will happen next. “Her loved ones remain deeply concerned about her welfare and are encouraging her not to be involved with Brian,” says a source. “They’re worried she could end up marrying this monster — and having his baby.”

VIOLENT PAST

It’s no wonder they’re concerned. Hayden’s romance with Brian, 30, was made public in August 2018 after she was spotted vomiting amid a wild night out; two months later, South Carolina police responded to a report of a drunken altercation between the aspiring actor and his father. And an LAPD officer testified in court that Hayden, 30, told her Brian had hit her in the face three times during the May 2019 fight that left her bruised, bloodied and swollen. “Wherever Brian goes, he brings a tide of chaos,” says the source. Loved ones, including Wladimir Klitschko, 43, the retired boxer who’s raising their daughter, Kaya, 4, in his native Ukraine since their 2018 split, “have had it with Hayden’s behavior,” adds the insider. “He thinks she’s unstable for being around this guy.”

But she won’t listen. “Her life revolves around Brian,” says the source, and if she actually marries him, “she could lose everything.” ◼
