AMENDING CHAPTER 17.05 “OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING STANDARDS”,
OF THE BEAUMONT MUNICIPAL CODE
The purpose and intent of this ordinance is to provide temporary relief from parking standards for commercial businesses occupying existing structures in the downtown area as identified in the Downtown Beaumont Revitalization Plan Map. This Ordinance shall sunset eighteen (18) months from of adoption, or sooner as updates to the Downtown Beaumont Revitalization Plan and Zoning Code updates are completed.
