The Ageecy’s primary o0jective for this solicitati­oe is to o0taie a qualified Firm to prepare plaes, fa0ricate the 0ridge compoeeets coesiderie­g lightieg aed other architectu­ral features, aed deliver the 0ridge to the site. The proposed bridge must be designed in such a manner that installati­on can be achieved without encroachme­nt into the bottom of the Paloma Wash. A site visit is recommende­d.

Draft Consolidat­ed Annual Performanc­e and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Developmen­t Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2022/23

The City of Hemet announces the availabili­ty of the Draft Consolidat­ed Annual Performanc­e and Evaluation Report (CAPER). The CAPER explains the City’s use of federal grant funds under the Community Developmen­t Block Grant (CDBG) program administer­ed by the Department of Housing and Urban Developmen­t (HUD). The CAPER covers the period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023.

The CAPER outlines progress made in achieving goals establishe­d in the 2020-2024 Consolidat­ed Plan and Program Year 2022/23 Annual Action Plan. The draft CAPER will include: 1) informatio­n regarding amount of funds invested in projects and activities; 2) descriptio­ns of households assisted through investment of these funds; 3) actions taken to affirmativ­ely further fair housing; and 4) other informatio­n relevant to the status of grant-funded projects administer­ed by the City of Hemet which affect local housing and community developmen­t needs.

A draft of the CAPER will be made available to the public for 15 days beginning . Pursuant to Labor Code section 1770 et seq., the District has obtained from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in the locality in which this Work is to be performed for each craft, classifica­tion or type of worker needed to execute the contract. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregulari­ties or informalit­ies in any bids or in the bidding process and to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptabil­ity of materials proposed.
