The project consists of furnishing, installing, testing and making operational, new pipeline connection on San Sevaine Way, and a new pressure reducing station on Iberia Street. The project also includes site grading, installation of site piping, and construction of concrete pad for the installation and assembly of an Owner Supplied Treatment System at the Roger D. Teagarden Ion Exchange Treatment Facility. The Owner Supplied Treatment System includes six trains of treatment vessels and three pre-filters. Work includes all connections to existing waterlines all appurtenances; and all associated paving, trenching, and surface restoration; import materials; excavation, backfilling, compaction, paving, traffic control, installation of owner supplied equipment, piping, fittings, valves, concrete, and all other work and materials to complete the contract work. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings.
