Project: Extension of Time (EOT23003) - Requesting a two-year extension for Conditional Use Permit (CUP) 21-007, Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) 21-003 and Tentative Parcel Map (MAP 21-003) to construct an Arco AMPM gas station and commercial center which includes, carwash, and two restaurants with drive-thrus on a combined 3.32 acres vacant land. For the operation of a 3,800 square foot market with alcohol sales (Type 20) and a determination of Public Convenience or Necessity (PCN) will be served. A CUP was required to accommodate a gasoline service station with or without a convenience store, the car wash, and the drive-thru fast food restaurant. Additionally, a CUP was also required because the project requests a Type 20 Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) license for the off-sale of beer and wine from the convenience store for off-site consumption. The convenience store, restaurant, and gas station would operate 24 hours a day, while the car wash would operate every day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The project consists of a tentative parcel map to reconfigure two existing parcels, totaling 3.32 acres, into four parcels.
