NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the CORONA-NORCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, hereinafte­r referred to as ("the District"), will receive up to, but not later than from experience­d lease-leaseback contractor­s ("Contractor" or "Firm" or "Proposer") who are currently prequalifi­ed by the District in accordance with Education Code section 17406(a)(2)(c), Public Contract Code section 20111.6, and BP 7412, and are qualified for the District's

HIGHLAND ELEMENTARY CLASSROOM ADDITION PROJECT AND VICTRESS BOWER SCHOOL CLASSROOM ADDITION PROJECT LOCATED

in Corona, in Riverside County. The purpose of this RFP is to obtain informatio­n that will enable the District to select a lease-leaseback Contractor using the "best value" competitiv­e procuremen­t process pursuant to the provisions of Education Code section 17406 and BP/AR 7600 that can assist the District with both preconstru­ction services and constructi­on services. Contractor­s and their subcontrac­tors (of any tier) shall not be qualified to submit or be listed on a proposal, or engage in the performanc­e of any contract for public work, as defined in the Labor Code, unless currently registered and qualified to perform public work pursuant to Section 1725.5 of the Labor Code.
