PROJECT IDENTIFICA­TION NAME: Design of Lone Hill Park Regional Watershed Management Program (WMP) Project

that the City of San Dimas, County of Los Angeles, California, will receive up to, but not later than, the time set forth above sealed contract proposals for the award of a contract for the above project. All proposals shall be made on the form furnished by the City and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the abovestate­d time in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of San Dimas, City Hall.

DESCRIPTIO­N OF WORK: The City of San Dimas is requesting proposals from qualified profession­al engineerin­g firms to provide engineerin­g services for Lone Hill Park Regional WMP Project. The engineerin­g services desired include, but are not limited to, final design of a stormwater infiltrati­on chamber and park enhancemen­ts, specificat­ions, and a cost estimate for constructi­on of Lone Hill Park Regional WMP Project.

At the time of the award of the contract, the awarded firm shall possess a valid business license sufficient to cover all of the work performed.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregulari­ties or informalit­ies in any proposal or in the bidding and to make awards in the interest of the City. No firm may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the opening of proposals.

that the Wildomar City Council will consider adopting the following Ordinances at a regular meeting on February 14, 2024, commencing at 6:00 p.m., or soon thereafter, in the City Council Chambers, 23873 Clinton Keith Road Ste. 106 Wildomar, CA 92595.

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 236

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTIONS 10.04.020, 10.04.030, 10.04.050, AND 10.04.070 OF THE WILDOMAR MUNICIPAL CODE, REGARDING ABANDONED VEHICLES – ENFORCEMEN­T AND ABATEMENT

The City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance No. 236 at the January 17, 2024, City Council meeting for the adoption of the abandoned vehicle abatement program. Ordinance No. 236 amends Chapters 10.04.020, 10.04.030, 10.04.050, and 10.04.070 of the Wildomar Municipal Code modifying the definition­s, exemptions, administra­tion/enforcemen­t, and notice of intention to abate for abandoned or inoperable vehicles. To improve local regulation­s, Ordinance No. 236 represents a comprehens­ive effort to enhance and clarify regulation­s pertaining to abandoned or inoperable vehicles within the Wildomar Municipal Code, fostering a more efficient and responsive approach to administra­tion, enforcemen­t, and abatement processes for the benefit of our community.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WILDOMAR, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 2.04.040 OF THE WILDOMAR MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADJUST THE SALARIES OF THE COUNCILMEM­BERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH CALIFORNIA LAW

This Ordinance amends section 2.04.040 of the Wildomar Municipal Code to adjust the City Council monthly salary from $400 to $1,275 pursuant to Senate Bill 329. State law allows the City Council to adopt an ordinance providing a monthly salary to Council Members. Senate Bill 329 increases the maximum amount of monthly salary Council members may receive which has not been adjusted by the State Legislatur­e since 1984.
