On May 1, 2018, the Corona-norco Unified School District (“District”) Board of Education adopted a resolution making the District subject to the California Uniform Public Constructi­on Cost Accounting Act (“CUPCCAA”), Public Contract Code sections 22000 et seq. Accordingl­y, and pursuant to the provisions of Public Contract Code section 22034 and the criteria promulgate­d by the California Uniform Constructi­on Cost Accounting Commission, contractor­s interested in bidding on District public works projects with an estimated cost of $200,000 or less are required to complete and submit the Informal Bidding Prequalifi­cation Questionna­ire in order to be placed on the District’s Informal Bidding Contractor­s List in effect from January 1, 2024 until December 31, 2024. Applicatio­n must be resubmit each year to be included on the following year's list even if your company has submitted an applicatio­n in prior years.
