On behalf of Spirit of Tasmania, I warmly welcome you to Hobart for Interferry2023, the 47th Annual Interferry Conference.

Tasmania, renowned for its unique natural beauty, incredible wildlife experiences, fresh local produce and warm welcoming locals, is excited for your arrival. We are eager to offer you an unforgettable conference that will be a truly unique Tasmanian experience.

This year’s conference theme ‘The Leading Edge – Elevating the Customer Experience and Sustainability’ is particularly significant for Spirit of Tasmania as we build two new vessels to replace our existing fleet. Customer experience and sustainability are fundamental pillars guiding our day-to-day operations and shaping the decisions we have made throughout the ship building process.

I am confident this year’s conference will bring us together to learn more about these key themes as we explore new opportunities, meet new friends and gain inspiration from knowledgeable speakers and the diverse conference program.

Furthermore, our technical and post-conference tours promise to provide great insights into the high-quality craftsmanship and innovative marine technologies available here in Tasmania.
