OVERALL TO DETAIL

I continue to layer and develop textures to create depth using mixed colour with a little white. The brushstrokes are loose and fast, and I’m never wanting to drown out the burnt sienna layer. I paint in blocks of colour not fussy detail—hence “overall to detail.”
