THE ART OF THE PORTRAIT

-

Need to work on your drawing skills? How about learning how to successfully approach the younger model, how to achieve a likeness or three-dimensionality, or how about watching Quang Ho and Daniel Sprick demonstrate together on stage? This is just a small taste of our program being offered on April 16-19, 2020, in Orlando, Florida, at the Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista near Disney Springs during the largest event in America today featured solely on portraiture and figurative work. Whether you’re a full-time professional artist or looking to take your art to the next level, we have a program to benefit every artist.

These four days will immerse you in a variety of educational opportunities, including demonstrations, personal portfolio critiques, breakout classes, art materials and product sales, finalists’ works displayed in the International Portrait Competition gallery, a grand gala awards banquet and so much more.

Twenty-nine faculty artists demonstrating and teaching include: Leslie Adams, Anna Rose Bain, Gwenneth Barth-white, Suchitra Bhosle, Judith Carducci, Kevin Chambers, Joseph Daily,

Michelle Dunaway, Kerry Dunn, Tina Garrett, Daniel Greene, Seth Haverkamp, Jeff Hein, Quang Ho, Edward Jonas, Robert Liberace, Dean Mitchell, Michael Shane Neal, Richard Christian Nelson, Paul Newton, Teresa Oaxaca, Alicia Ponzio, Mary Qian, Mardie Rees, Daniel Sprick, Adrienne Stein, Dawn Whitelaw, Mary Whyte and Elizabeth Zanzinger.
