The One Mind
We begin every day with the knowledge that God is Omnipresent, Omnipotent, and Omniscient, meaning everywhere equally present, all intelligence, and all knowing. That should be awesome enough, however, one cannot give a full description of God without including man. Man, and God are forever One. Another way of saying it is that man needs God and God needs man. Creation would mean nothing without all of us to appreciate it. The life of God is your life, it is my life, it is all life. The creativity of God is a macrocosm while yours is a microcosm. All creation obeys the laws of the Universe. Jesus stated the law when he said, “It is done unto you as you believe.” You live, move and have your being in the inexhaustible Mind of creation.
With every breath that we take and every beat of our heart we are dealing with the Laws of Mind. There is only one Mind and that is the Mind of God and we are all using it. I have had students ask how they are using the Mind of God. You are using that mind with everything you think about, everything you listen to, and everything you talk about. By those acts you are directing the events of your own life. That is why it is so important to stay on the positive side in all your dealings. In effect, you are asking for lack, loss, or limitation with negation about anything and everything.
If you focus on poverty you cannot expect prosperity. Declaring sickness or injury cannot bring good health, and feelings of rejection and/ or depression does not call love into your life. Habits of negative thought can be broken but it requires you to be awake, aware, and alive to your part in the creative process.
What about prayer, you might ask. Whether you are aware or not you are already praying without ceasing. What you are talking about, thinking about, and listening too, you are asking for more of it. Shakespeare said that all the world is a stage and he was correct but you are not just the actor but the rest of the cast as well as the producer and director.
One of the great things you can do when you come into this awareness is utilizing the laws to bring about a better life for yourself. The Law of Attraction works through each one of us as it reflects back to us what we project. On a personal note, I wanted more love in my life. In my daily quiet time I declared, “I am loved, I am appreciated, and I am wanted.” Within a few weeks I met the love of my life. What is it you desire in your life? It will work for you just like it worked for me. However, you cannot have my girl.
Say to yourself, “I am perfect, spiritual, and divine. God in me as me, is me. It is God’s good pleasure to give me the kingdom. All that the father hath is mine. I am prosperous, peaceful and protected.”
