Ongoing PLAYHOUSE 395’S “BYE BYE BIRDIE”
Playhouse 395’s upcoming spring production is the beloved musical, “Bye Bye Birdie” – a witty, humorous, and honest look at the generational differences between adults and teens in a loving sendup of the 1950s in small-town America. Full of memorable characters, this comedy tells a hilarious, high-energy story accompanied by a familiar musical score that celebrates the beginnings of rock and roll. SIERRA CLASSIC THEATRE
The Sierra Classic Theatre presents “The Minutes,” from March 15 through March 30. The play takes place in real time at a small-town town council meeting so the play has been staged at the Town of Mammoth Lakes Offices, Ste. Z. The AARP Foundation Tax Aide programs in Bishop and Mammoth expanded opportunities in Bishop. Appointments are now being accepted for Friday afternoons from 1:30 - 4 p.m. Additionally as a result of the Library flood, the Mammoth site has moved to Fire Station No. 2 (next to Snowcreek Athletic Club) until the library reopens.

BIG PINE EASTER EGG ASSISTANCE
The Easter Bunny and the Big Pine Community Association are asking community members to bring individually wrapped candy to stuff more than 1,000 plastic eggs for the Big Pine Community Easter Egg Hunt. The candy and egg stuffing will take place at the Tuesday, March 12 meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the Big Pine Town Hall. The community Easter Egg Hunt will be held on Sunday, March 31 at NOON in Mendenhall Park.

NIH AUXILIARY
The Northern Inyo Hospital Auxiliary meet every Wednesday at the Hospital Annex 2759 Birch Street (enter at the Grandview Street Entrance) at 10 a.m. The second Wednesday of the month is a General Meeting. Other Wednesdays are devoted to making crafts for the annual Holiday Boutique.
