MARY MARGARET PUCCI

1950 – 2024

Mary Margaret Pucci (McGuire) passed away on March 22, 2024, in Bishop, CA, surrounded by family. She was born on January 31, 1950, in San Bernardino, CA. Mary was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Mary was loved by all who knew her. Her infectious smile could brighten any room, and her warm hugs were cherished by many. She never met a stranger and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Pucci; daughter, Tami Rossi (daughter of Robert Thorne); son-in-law, Justin Rossi; stepsons, Dean and Rick (Alana) Pucci; sisters, Pat Walquist and Pam (George) Brockman; grandchildren, Layton Rossi, Kaeden, Ella, Gavin Pucci; numerous nephews, nieces, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Edith McGuire; brother, John McGuire; daughter, Lorrie Bumgarner; grandson, Maclain Rossi; and nephew, John McGuire.

Mary attended LoInyo Elementary School and she graduated from Lone Pine High School class of 1969. Mary raised her daughters in Bishop and later met husband Rick Pucci. Rick and Mary recently celebrated their 29th anniversary. Mary enjoyed attending National and community events with her husband Rick.

At Mary’s request, there will be no public memorial services. The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation, in Mary Pucci’s name, to their favorite charity.

Rest in peace, Mary. Your warmth, kindness, and love will be forever remembered.
